Alaska Airlines Uniform Standards Posters

Uniform Standards for Sky-High Style

To keep every employee looking their best, wear standards were created to outline how and how not to wear the new Alaska Airlines uniforms. I was tasked with creating a series of posters that outline these standards.

Visualizing Standards

I created three posters that would hang in dozens of Alaska Airlines break rooms around the country; one for both male and female specific uniforms, and one for all uniforms in general. I was asked to design something both informative as well as core-branded Alaska. I used photographs from the uniform lookbook photoshoot as well as new images taken specifically for the uniform standards guidelines. Columns of copy paired with gridded photography create a dynamic layout template that was repeated across all three posters.
